If any item you received is damaged, different, or not working upon receipt due to the quality of the product itself, please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received for a replacement or return. The procedure is as follows:
1.1. Please contact your customer manager, indicating the item(s) you would like to replacement or return and the reason.
1.2. The customer manager will send the return address to you after agrees to replacement or return the items. Please package up the item(s) and the items should be returned with the original packing.
1.3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
1.4. Most replacements or returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package. Once your replacement or refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping fees to return or replacement the items are at the customer's own expense.
You have 7 days to decide whether these items are needed, if you would like to return or replacement the item please contact us within 7 days after you signed the parcel.
2.1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2.2. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and free sample will not be accepted.
2.3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
2.4. Shipping fees to return or replacement the items are at the customer's own expense.
